What is Chiropractic BioPhysics®?
A measured approach to posture and spinal curves.
Chiropractic BioPhysics® is a research-supported chiropractic technique focused on posture, spinal alignment, and the relationships between spinal curves and mechanical stress.
When normal curves or alignment change, load can be distributed differently through discs, joints, muscles, and connective tissues. CBP® care begins by identifying the individual pattern before recommending correction.
At our West Hollywood office, we do not guess. We measure.
Why the distinction matters
Relief and correction are not the same goal.
Symptom relief matters. CBP® adds a structural process designed to evaluate and address patterns that may be contributing to recurring problems.
Symptom-focused care may emphasize
- Where it hurts today
- Temporary joint mobilization
- Generalized adjustments
- Short-term response
CBP® structural care emphasizes
- Objective posture and spinal measurements
- Individual curve and alignment findings
- Customized adjustments, traction, and exercise
- Re-examination and measurable progress
Our West Hollywood CBP® process
From findings to a personalized correction plan.
Every recommendation begins with an evaluation. The exact combination of care depends on your examination, imaging when appropriate, tolerance, and goals.

Detailed history, posture, movement, orthopedic, neurologic, and chiropractic examination.
- 02
Measure
Digital imaging when clinically necessary to analyze curves, translation, rotation, and alignment.
- 03
Correct
Targeted adjustments and customized corrective traction based on the identified pattern.
- 04
Reinforce
Posture-specific rehabilitation and exercises that support improved mechanics and resilience.
- 05
Re-evaluate
Progress examinations help determine meaningful change and guide the next phase of care.

CBP® questions
What to know before you begin.
What makes CBP® different from traditional chiropractic?
CBP® combines posture analysis, spinal measurements, adjustments, corrective traction, and exercises. The goal is to address symptoms while also improving structural patterns that may be contributing to them.
Will I need X-rays?
Not necessarily. Digital X-rays are recommended only when clinically appropriate and useful for understanding your spinal structure or planning care.
How long does structural correction take?
The timeline varies with the degree of structural change, tissue flexibility, symptoms, age, lifestyle, and consistency. Your recommendations are individualized after an examination.
Is CBP® only for people in pain?
No. Some patients seek evaluation because of posture changes, altered spinal curves, recurring strain, or a desire to improve long-term mechanics and function.
Is everyone a candidate for corrective traction?
No. Traction and other procedures are recommended only after an evaluation and are customized to the patient’s findings, tolerance, and clinical needs.
