Terms And Conditions For Wellness Packages:

  • All memberships are based on monthly auto-debit only. Members may not pay in person monthly.

  • All memberships are non-transferrable. Memberships, however, may be purchased as a gift for another individual.

  • A minimum 3-month membership in the program is required. All services must be used within 60 days.

  • There are no refunds if the services are not used within the 60-day limit.

  • Massage and chiropractic adjustments are for wellness care (non-symptomatic) only and are not applicable to injuries, auto accidents, or work-related conditions.

  • All appointments must be booked and cancelled 24 hours in advance. Late cancel appointments are considered used appointments for that month.

  • Wellness memberships must be terminated 15 days prior to the next auto- debit date in writing.

  • Wellness memberships cannot be used in conjunction with health insurances or be submitted to insurances for claims or reimbursements with flex spending accounts.

  • Membership types and rates can be changed at any time. Members will be responsible for the difference in price.

  • Gratuity is not included. All tips must be paid in cash.
