Injuries? Chronic back pain? Shoulder or knee pain?... this is the class for you. We created a way to fix your injuries and pain all while getting a workout. No excuse not to exercise!

Our functional training specialists will take you through healing movement patterns that will fix and exercise your body in a way that you will feel less pain and refreshed by the end of each class and each week. Class sizes are limited!

Pre-hab Re-hab Class Schedules:

  • Monday & Wednesday - 7PM
  • Tuesday & Thursday - 6:30PM

Tai Chi Class Schedules:

  • Sunday - 4PM

Pre-hab Re-hab Class Packages:

  • 1 Session $25
  • 5 Sessions $110
  • 10 Sessions $200
